Have your say on shaping the future of the NHS

19 Mar 2025

The Government is developing its 10-Year Plan for the NHS, to tackle the challenges in our healthcare system – and they want to hear from you.

Three key shifts

The plan for the NHS will focus on three key shifts: moving care from hospitals into the community, embracing digital innovation and prioritising prevention.

We’ve already been making recommendations to the Government on how the plan can support terminally ill people. You can read more about what we want to see in our blog from our Chief Executive James Sanderson.

An opportunity to have your say

Now, the Government have launched a survey on some of their emerging ideas, including questions about palliative and end-of-life care.

This is an important opportunity to have your say. By sharing your thoughts, you can help build a health service where everyone approaching the end of life or living with grief can access the support they need.

Take the survey

Complete the survey by 5pm on Monday 14th April, for your views to be considered as part of the development of the plan.
