If your details have changed since you set up Retail Gift Aid, such as a new address, or you would like to cancel your Retail Gift Aid registration with Sue Ryder, please complete the form below.

Please note: This form is for Retail Gift Aid donors only - this means you must have signed up to Gift Aid when you donated goods to one of our Sue Ryder charity shops or arranged a free furniture collection through Sue Ryder.
