A lasting celebration of your loved one’s life
Sue Ryder Memory Trees are located in the grounds of five of Sue Ryder’s care centres, where they can be enjoyed by patients, staff and visitors. Every leaf on each tree is engraved with the name of someone special.
Dedicating an engraved leaf on one of our Memory Trees is a lasting way to remember your loved one, while supporting Sue Ryder’s compassionate end-of-life care and grief support.

How it works
- Complete the ‘Start your dedication’ form below.
- A member of our team will work with you to arrange for your loved one's name to be engraved on a leaf.
- Leaves are displayed for a minimum of one year, but can be extended for as long as you wish. See our terms and conditions below for details.
- You can make a donation of £10 a month (for a minimum of 12 months) payable by Direct Debit, or you can make a one-off donation of £120.
- Once your leaf is ready, we will invite you to view your leaf. You are welcome to visit as often as you like.
Funds raised by Sue Ryder Memory Trees will help people facing the toughest times of their lives who need our care.
